  • All financial transactions are only through the payment gateway/QR Code provided by Finance & Account Office, MNLU-A. The library will not accept cash.
  • The librarian may refuse to photocopy a material which, in his opinion, is in a delicate condition, or if photocopying cannot be done without damaging the book.
  • The facility will be provided by adhering to the provision given to section 52 in the copyright act 1957.

Scan & Deliver is a free document delivery service exclusively for the MNLU-A user community including faculty, students and staff. Based on an email request, we provide scanned copies of materials (chapter/article/case etc.)

At times, users may need additional or more in-depth information other than what may be provided by the library or the team. In such cases, we suggest external sources or experts that can help address their queries or questions.

During the library orientation programme at the start of every semester, new students are guided for the searching of library material - cases, articles, legislation, etc. This involves a guided tour of the Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC), and the subscribed online databases for aiding their research activities. We also provide database training and offer research advice for MNLU-A community. Besides familiarising new students with all library resources and services, we also demonstrate the subscribed electronic resources and services to the user community.

All the online resources, CD-ROMS, Educational Videos from the library are copyrighted works. Hence, copying, publishing, disseminating, displaying, performing, or playing without permission of the copyright holder (except by the fair use of licensed agreement) is not allowed. The library may terminate the library access to users who are found to have repeatedly infringed the copyright of others.

All listed Online Databases on the Library website are restricted by license agreement to members of the MNLU-A user community for the purpose of research, teaching, and private study. Commercial use, systematic downloading, copying or distributing of information is prohibited. The users are requested to comply with these terms strictly.
